App vs. browser: which is faster?

If you have an older iPhone, open mpo12 in Safari and add it to your home screen—it works just like an app. Our servers are optimized for 4G and 5G networks but work on 3G with lower video quality.
Common installation issues and fixes
Android users sometimes see "Unknown sources" warnings because the APK comes from our server, not the Play Store. This is normal. Tap Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable installation from our domain. On iOS, if Safari says "Cannot add to Home Screen," try closing Safari entirely and opening mpo12 again. If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen, and we'll send a reset link to your email. If the app crashes after updating, clear the cache (Settings > Apps > mpo12 > Storage > Clear Cache) and restart. If you cannot receive verification codes, check that SMS permissions are enabled and your mobile number is correct in your account settings.
App permissions, data security, and your account
The mpo12 app requests permission to access your camera (for KYC identity verification), microphone (for optional video support), and location (to confirm you are in a supported jurisdiction). These permissions are optional—you can deny them and still use the app, but you may need to provide identity documents manually to complete KYC. We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3 and store your password hashed. Your two-factor authentication code is never logged or cached. Each login from a new device requires verification. We never sell or share your data; it stays on our secure servers. If you suspect unauthorized access, log out from all devices immediately by tapping Security > Logout All Sessions in the app.
